Anti-virus software: Sometimes anti-virus software products incorrectly identify LoJack for Laptops as a virus. You should temporarily disable your anti-virus software so your installation will be successful.

I did not receive a registration code with my purchase. Where is it and how do I find it?

  • Online purchase from www.lojackforlaptops.com: Your registration code was provided in the order confirmation e-mail.
  • Retail store purchase: Check inside the box or on the back of the DVD case. Sometimes the registration code will appear near the barcode.
